Can I Cancel My Order?

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Before Your Order Ships

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it upon request. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at contact@potlax.shop with your order number and the subject line "Order Cancellation Request."

Because orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of placement, cancellation windows are short. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be fulfilled once order processing has begun.

After Your Order Has Shipped

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been issued, we are unable to cancel the order. If you no longer want the item, you may return it after delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy: https://www.potlax.shop/policies/refund-policy

If We Cancel Your Order

In rare circumstances, Potlax may need to cancel your order. This may occur if:

  • An item becomes unavailable after your order is placed
  • We are unable to process or verify your payment
  • An error in pricing or product information is identified

If we cancel your order, we will notify you using the contact information provided at checkout and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
